- Differentiate between oral and nasal airflow during targeted speech sound production
- Improve velo-pharyngeal mobility and closure in clients with hypernasality
- Facilitate horn blowing and bubble blowing when nasal airflow interferes with oral direction
- Support motor planning for speech sounds requiring oral direction of airflow
- Provide tactile reinforcement to assist clients in maintaining oral airflow direction
- Simple tactile cue: helps redirect airflow from the nasal pathway to the oral pathway
- Useful for resonance goals: supports work with hypernasality, VPI, and repaired cleft palate conditions
- Pairs with airflow activities: designed to complement horn blowing and bubble blowing programs
- Ready-to-use kit: includes rubber bands and original TalkTools instructions
- Motor-planning support: addresses airflow direction challenges in apraxia and dyspraxia
- Therapist-guided application: includes clear instructions for structured clinical use
- SLPs treating hypernasality, velo-pharyngeal insufficiency (VPI), or repaired cleft palate conditions
- Clients with post-sphinctoplasty hypernasality or apraxia affecting airflow direction
- Individuals with dyspraxia, apraxia, or motor planning disorders affecting speech
