At TalkTools, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
